The Committee awarded Pyo Win with this photo on the front page for a Lifetime Achievement Award as an individual Alumni who came from his work in North East Siberia, Russia at minus 42 degree Celcius cold weather to this warm and hospitable Amazing Thailand for the one day MEHSA Reunion.
