The attached photo shows Col. R. Winkel, head of the physics department, USMA, giving the award to Dr. Fuller who is accompanied by his wife, Margaret Fuller. (Dr. Fuller and Margaret were corresponding while he was in Burma and they were married upon his return to the USA in December, 1961. The two of them have not had a chance to visit Burma together.)
